Lathea Morris, Principal of M&L.com has one goal - to help real estate investor and small business entrepreneurs grow their businesses!
M&L.com was founded by small business financial and credit management strategist Lathea Morris. She has almost two decades of experience as an entrepreneur who co-founded The Credit Alternative Group, LLC. She provides business solutions for small firms as well as large corporations and non-profit organizations. The firm's signature service is capital access for real estate investors and small business owners. They offer both alternative and traditional financing products.

Lathea's business and credit management experience has led to opportunities for her to write small business and credit management articles for off-line & on-line media sources including the NJ Herald News. She has been featured and quoted in several media outlets including The Star Ledger, NJBIZ, Entrepreneur Magazine, Consumer Trends and Black Enterprise Magazine.

She provided advice on a Debtors Education program for the National Bankruptcy Review Commission. She has presented to the Paritätische Akademie, a strategic financial management training organization in Berlin, Germany.

She received a B.A. degree from Sangamon State University (University of Illinois) in Springfield, IL. She majored in Sociology - Minor/Business Management.

Lathea is past President of NJ Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO) - Essex County Chapter. She is a recipient of the NJAWBO Thirty Award. She was recognized as part of an elite group of successful NJAWBO business owners. Also, she is a recipient of the Walsh Achievement Award for excellence in business in the Essex County Community. She has also been recognized by Rutgers, Newark SBDC for her contribution to small businesses.
